FREE Baby and Me Yoga Class

Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center is dedicated to supporting you before, during and after your pregnancy. We are thrilled to be one of the only places to offer Baby and Me Yoga in the Las Vegas Valley. This class is taught by Owner and Founder of Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas, Angela Reis. *This class is FREE of charge.*

There are many benefits of Baby and Me Yoga for you and your little one .

Benefits to Baby

• Helps balance, coordination and motor skills

• Strengthens baby’s body and develops reflexes

• Improves learning and social development

• Aids bonding, trust and social interaction

• Improves muscle development and muscle tone

Benefits for You

• Teach you to understand your baby’s non-verbal cues

• Learn breathing techniques

• Learn deeper relaxation techniques

• Encourages the nurturing instinct through the stimulation of oxytocin

• Helps you to gain strength and alignment after pregnancy and giving birth

This class is ideal for children 0-12 months before walking.

What to bring: Participants need to bring a yoga mat, blanket and toys for the baby

Who: This class is open to all parents and caregivers. Mom must be cleared by her doctor for physical activity. You do not need to have delivered at Southern Hills Hospital.

NOTE* We offer Breastfeeding Support Group every 4th Friday of the month. Baby and Me Yoga follows Breastfeeding Support Group feel free to attend both.
