I will be offering a free class on Ayurveda at Nature's Way, local health food store in Easton, Pa.Class is taught by Leah Quirk, certified Ayurveda practitioner who owns local holistic business Soul Natural Health.
Ayurveda is the oldest recorded knowledge on health and healing, dating back over 5,000 years, from India. Ayurveda translates to the 'Science of Life.' It is preventative, curative care and a way of being. This is an introductory class, where we will discuss the doshas, the foundation of Ayurveda. I will provide you with a questionnaire to learn your unique constitution and how to create balance in life through the concept of the doshas.
