About this Event
Nathaniel Russell is a multi-disciplinary artist and musician living in Indianapolis, Indiana. His creative practice spans prints, music, drawings, paintings, murals, sculptures, set designs, posters, books, and commercial illustrations. Known for making thoughtful, playful, and accessible work, Russell is dedicated to creating art that connects with people and is available to those who are interested.
During this special event, Nathaniel will print an original design live on-site. Every registered participant will receive a free print created during the demo. A copy of the edition will be added to the Akron Art Museum Library’s collection.
The evening will be assisted by Akron-based professional artist Micah Kraus, owner and operator of Work Studio LTD at Bounce Innovation Hub.
Whether you’re an artist, collector, student, or simply curious about the screenprinting process, this is a rare opportunity to experience the magic of printmaking up close and take home an original work of art.
