You will have the opportunity to learn more about the fascinating ‘To Heal a Butterfly' project at Wilberforce House Museum and discover how portraiture and Adinkra symbols can be used as democratic tools for representation of underrepresented peoples and histories. This is a workshop filled with creativity and collaboration as participants work together to create improvised portraits featuring West African Adinkra symbols and proverbs.
