This support group will occur every Fourth Thursday of each month from 10 to 11:30 am beginning August 22nd, 2024.
This Support Group is a good fit for you if:
- You or your loved one is in the process of diagnosis for any form of dementia.
- You and your loved one have just received a diagnosis; what do we do now?
- You or your loved one is navigating the unique challenges of memory-related changes due to Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia and need a safe space to share, learn, and be.
