This free, all-abilities monthly Yoga class encourages movement, breath alignment, and community connection.

Hi, I’m Alexia! As a Beverly Hills resident, my passion is sharing the 8-limbed wisdom of Yoga in a welcoming, accessible way. This class is for those with limited mobility, pregnant participants, seated practitioners, and advanced yogis seeking deep muscle work. Your muscles will be worked but you will (probably) not be dripping sweat.

Details:

• Class is from 9-10. Aim to arrive early to settle, and its fine to be late or leave early! Please just do so silently.
• Step out as needed - your comfort is priority.
• Bring any props you need: mats, chairs, blocks, straps—whatever supports you.
• Hands-on assists are optional (green/red cards provided to indicate preference).
• No recording or photography during class. You can take your own photos/videos before or after class in a secluded area but no photo or video of the class or any other attendees ever. This is a 1 strike rule: you will be banned from attending in the future if you do this.
• Kids are always welcome—whether practicing alongside you, napping, or playing nearby. Please attend only if you can embrace a family-friendly environment.

• Children benefit from exposure to Yoga and uplift the class with joy and playfulness.
• We are a community and children are a part of it.
