Our next run will be at New Brighton - a flat, out and back run along Egremont Promenade, with the option to do either a 6k or an 8k run, depending on your energy levels. Tides permitting we will start with a short stretch on the beach (approx 1/2 mile). There is a pavement option if you want to bring a buggy.Road shoes will be fine
There are lots of places in New Brighton to grab a coffee afterwards.
Please meet in the car park nearest Fort Perch Rock (CH45 2JU) for a 10:30am start – I believe parking is still free. If you need the loo, they usually don’t mind if you duck in at the Floral Pavilion.
