Active platform access is required for the hands-on build. Use an existing qualifying Business Force One or Agent Lab account, or start the event’s 30-day trial of the $97/month package before arrival. Newcomers are welcome; prior paid membership is not required.
The trial requires a card upfront. It is free for 30 days, then automatically bills $97 per month. Event RSVP and platform signup are separate: reserving a free Eventbrite ticket does not create or activate a platform account. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the monthly subscription charge. Phone, text, email and AI usage are billed separately based on what you use. Review the checkout terms before signing up.
Complete account setup and test your login at https://app.operationsx.com before the event. Bring your login ready, a charged laptop and your charger.
WHAT WE’LL WORK ON
Bring one practical business goal. With guided help, work toward a website, an appointment-booking agent, and follow-up for people who have given permission to be contacted. Use sample information while building and reviewing. Any real messages, connections or automation launches require your review and appropriate permission.
Progress depends on your starting point, account features, available inputs and time. You may leave with a prototype and clear next steps; a completed or live automation is not guaranteed. If you pay attention and are a fast computer user, you may leave with three automations, built and functioning.
THE EVENING
5:30 PM — Doors open at 5:30. Be on time and get set up in your seats. Arrive, meet the group and open your account for Business Force One.
5:45 PM — You are logged into Business Force One, pulled up, sat in your seat, ready to build.

2) Build a follow-up automation.
3) Build an Outreach Campaign.
BRING
A charged laptop and charger; your tested platform login; one business task or project; and sample information you are allowed to use. An active BusinessForceOne.com account.
