We're excited to invite you to our FREE Aging Made Easier Summer Speaker Series with an amazing lineup of speakers. Come join us at Chandler's The Park at Copper Creek and cool off while learning something new!

Our expert speakers will provide valuable insights and tips on preparing for the very best life today and as we grow older.Whether you're a senior or caregiver, or have a parent who is, this event is perfect for anyone interested in being better prepared for getting older.

Neighbors Who Care and The Park at Copper Creek are proud to be offering these topics and esteemed speakers to the community, free of charge. Each session will be offered from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm, including the Q&A, on Thursdays from May 16 through August 23.

May 16 - Preventing Diseases of the Brain - 2 pm

Preventing Diseases of the Brain through Better Health Habits

Dr. Hement K. Pandey, Brain and Spine Center, MD First Research, Chandler, Arizona

Dr. Pandey's presentation will cover brain health and strategies for preventing cognitive decline.

Attendees will also gain insight into local research projects and the potential advantages of participating as research subjects.

Notably, MD First Research has supported the approval of innovative therapies such as Rimegepant (Nurtec) for migraine prevention and advanced brain imaging techniques for Alzheimer's disease.

Dr. Pandey, owner of the Brain and Spine Center and MD First Research, both in Chandler, is a board-certified neurologist with subspecialty certifications in Sleep Medicine, Vascular Neurology, and Clinical Neurophysiology.
