FREE Aerial Breathe Info Class

Aerial Breathe (introspective aerial) breathwork meditation facilitated at GKS with the option of hammock or mat. Kendra will lead a meditative breath work session following the principals of IBT® as participants hang in the aerial hammock incorporating relaxing and restorative aerial yoga poses like Savasana corpse pose or Supta Baddha Konasana, in a reclined bound angle pose.
Then join us for our weekly class on Thursdays at 6 PM beginning 2/5.
