Mental Health First Aid’s evidence-based training gives you the skills to recognize when someone is facing mental health or substance use challenges — and the confidence to be their first source of support.

📅DATE: Saturday, May 30, 2026
⏰TIME: 8:30am - 3:00pm (and 2 hours online prior to class). Lunch and snacks are provided.
Space for this FREE 8-hr course is limited to 20 participants. (Participants must be at least 18 years old.)
