About this Event

Participants can expect an engaging, hands-on learning experience designed to build confidence in responding to real-life emergencies. During this free training, you’ll learn how to recognize cardiac arrest, perform high-quality CPR, and properly use an AED through guided practice and real-time demonstrations.

This is a non-certification course, created to equip you with life-saving knowledge and skills in an accessible setting. For those who would like to become officially certified, full CPR and AED certification courses are available through our comprehensive training sessions.
