FREE Adult/Child Journaling Workshop

Join us for a fun, relaxed in-person journaling workshop for adults and kids (ages 7+) an adult must attend with youth.

This adult/child class builds connection through shared reflection, supports emotional growth and communication, and encourages confidence, empathy, and screen-free bonding.

We’ll explore the benefits of journaling, types of journals, and writing prompts, then decorate a journal to take home. All materials are provided—come connect and create side by side!
