Ready to find your flow? Turn the first Saturday of 2026 into Self-Care Saturday!

Grab your mat and join our experienced yoga instructor for a beginner-friendly class designed for practitioners of all levels. Bikram-certified hot yoga instructor Rachel Krueger will lead class through a 30-minute flow-style session, including some mindful meditation.

All registered class attendees will need to bring their own yoga mat and come in flexible workout wear. You’ll receive a swag bag stocked with wellness goodies, snacks, and water. After your session, you are welcome to join our Winter Wellness event, where you can discover and sample new and exciting health and wellness products in the store.
