This training program provides an introduction to Pranahuti Supported Meditation (PSM). This spiritual practice brings balanced living. It enables one to realize one’s inner potential. Pranahuti (Yogic Transmission) by a competent trainer helps one transform and grow in consciousness in a practical manner.
This workshop contains 2-4 experiential guided meditations, and covers the topics of methods of meditation, holistic way of living, control of mind and concentration, Yogic transmission (Pranahuti), and stages of progress.
