Turkey Trot is Fredericksburg’s annual morning of fitness and fun! There is a choice of runs to accommodate the least to most serious of runners. Choose from a 1 mile Fun Run/Walk, a 5K Run/Walk and a 10K Run/Walk through Fredericksburg neighborhoods. Bring your dogs on leashes and babies in strollers and carriers for a little brisk fresh air!Come join us in our costume contest! A prize will be awarded to the most creatively dressed Turkey Trot Participant.
The race benefits Heart of the Hills - MOM Center which is a non-profit whose faith based mission is to come alongside women and families with compassion and unconditional love. We offer practical assistance and education, empowering women to choose life and raise strong, healthy families. www.heartofthehillstx.org
