Frederick County Master Gardener: Container Gardening

Even in the limited space of a deck, porch, patio or balcony, you can create your own garden oasis! See how to grow vegetables, herbs, small fruits and decorative plants in a variety of containers. Learn how to select the proper plants for different size containers, to group plants by their needs, and to elevate containers to provide easy access without stooping and bending.
