Explore scared cat, dead dog, and flaunt your bat wings lolol in this fun, freaky, Halloween edition of Fit & Flexy! Body paint, a keepsake light scrunchie and treats will be provided. This glow party is your Glow UP!

Fit & Flexy is a radical self care class that blurs the line between yoga, dance, and fitness. Music-driven and mobility-minded, studio owner Stephanie Wonchala will guide attendees through booty-poppin', core-engaging, flexibility-increasing flows and strength training intervals, all ending with deep stretches and a nice long savasana that will leaving you smiling, sweaty, and so glad you came.
