Freak Scene Halloween: The Cure | Social | Hull

This Halloween, Hull’s finest musical talent comes together for one gloriously dark and unforgettable night. Featuring a very special The Cure tribute band made up of local music legends.
You can expect two spellbinding sets of music. First up, they’ll dive deep into the world of The Cure, bringing the atmosphere, drama and anthems of Robert Smith and co. to life. Then, the mood shifts from gothic romance to full-blown Halloween mayhem, with a second set packed with essential spooky bangers, party classics and suitably sinister favourites.
Dress up, bring your dancing shoes and prepare for a night of darkness, nostalgia and carnage!
Featuring:
Lloyd Dobbs (The Paddingtons and The Hillbilly Troupe), Sarah Shiels (Fire (The Unstoppable Force) and The Obtuse Angels), Charlie Morrill (Rothco and Fire (The Unstoppable Force)), Connor Cheeseman (Slowdaze), and Joe Scarfe.
Expect such classics as Just Like Heaven, Boys Don’t Cry, and Friday I’m in Love, played with the verve and raucous panache you’ve come to expect from the legendary Freak Scene nights.
