About this Event
Are you a freak? Or are you just curious? Kick off the Folsom Street Fair weekend with music hot enough to turn you out.
Get ready for an intimate and immersive musical experience that only Folsom Street could bring you. Cain Culto's music "takes cues from the folk music of Appalachia and Colombia, specifically vallenato and bullerengue, mixing political lyrics with drums and violin creating a sound that only he could produce. As a visual artist, he blends queerness, witchcraft, and myth, taking listeners on a journey that is just as imminently iconographic as it is auditory." (Richie Goff, QueerKentucky.com)
Here at Folsom Street we're OBSESSED. The bass will be filthy, the vibes will be immaculate, and you will be filled...with queer joy.
Supporting artists include:
LBXX (pronounced Lunch Box), local pop-hop performer, turntablist, and Makeroom Collective cofounder, can’t be contained. Combining East Coast energy with West Coast calm; hip-hop beats with pop hooks; and conventional rap rhymes about manifesting money, cars, and fame with soulful stories of boys and heartbreak, the up-and-coming San Francisco artist defies traditional music boundaries.
Subeaux (aka Zaheer Suboh), is a queer Palestinian DJ, producer, and community organizer, whose mixes fuse Arabic percussion and strings into disco, house, and techno DJ sets. Drawing from their roots in Palestine and their presence in San Francisco's underground scene, Subeaux has become a staple performer during SF's queer High Holidays, soundtracking events that are emblematic of the city’s nightlife and community celebrations, and most recently performed at Outside Lands 2025 on the Dolores Stage.
Del is originally from NYC, and now an Oakland based DJ legend. Her original interest in music was sparked by an older brother’s obsession with vinyl and a mother that forced her into playing instruments at a young age. Her DJ sets are heavy with hip hop, club music, baile funk, tech house, garage, hard techno, and dubstep but are mainly influenced by whatever she got off soundcloud that week.
The bar will be serving and so should you.
