Join us for the AARP Ohio Fraud Watch Shred Fest!!Don’t know what to do with all those tax forms, private documents and the metric ton of receipts fattening your wallet? Don't sweat it. Shred it! Stay one step ahead of identity thieves. Fight fraud by registering for our FREE shredding event brought to you by AARP Ohio in collaboration with Kroger.
The event will take place on April 18, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Kroger, 6417 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, Ohio, 43035. This is a drive-thru and drop-off event. When you register there is no specific time to attend. Just show up between 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Please DO NOT arrive prior to event start time to allow for safe event set up.
Once on site, shred vendor staff will remove items to shred from your back seat or trunk. Items will be shred on site. Once items are placed in the shredder, your box or bag will immediately be returned to you.
Please note: This is a paper shredding event only. No CDs, flash drives or other technology permitted. Please remove binder clips and paper clips. There is no need to remove staples.
Shredding is for community members only. Businesses are not able to obtain bulk shredding at this event.
All participants must have a reservation. Registration is available online and onsite. Register to attend today!
