The story follows a being thrust into existence by Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant but arrogant scientist who dares to breach the boundaries between life and death. Upon succeeding in his dark endeavor, Frankenstein recoils from his own achievement – abandoning his creation, who emerges into consciousness with a child's mind trapped in a monstrous form. As the creature navigates a world that meets his every attempt at connection with revulsion and violence, we witness the tragic consequences of his maker's hubris and humanity's reflexive hatred of the unknown.
