Join Olive, Founder & Inventor of Private Joke, for an intimate French dinner party where the game is the evening.
You'll spend the night discovering the funniest, most absurd things the French do that the English have absolutely no words for, and then inventing them.
Some of the words on the cards are real. Some are completely made up. Nobody knows which until the card flips.
No French required. Yas, really.
Your crusty, GCSE "Une croissant s'il vous plait" is enough!
Just curiosity, a sense of humour, and the willingness to defend your invented word with complete conviction.
The evening includes:
- A full game of Private Joke: Franglais 🇫🇷
- 8 strangers who will feel like old friends by the end of the night
- New French words - learn as you laugh!
Dinner party age range (typically): 25-38
The venue: L'Artiste Musclé, Shepherd Market, Mayfair, one of London's most beloved French bistros. Intimate, characterful, exactly the right setting for an evening like this.
