The frame drum is ancient instrument that was born between 4000-2000 BC.I use it as a tool to connect with my heart, ground myself, release tensions or emotions and access Silence within.
What the workshop will entail:
We will review lap style and upright style ( so even new comers can learn) and Muriel will teach one of her compositions that uses both styles.
People attending can bring a journal to take notes, but they will get a Pdf of the workshop as well.
Class open to first timers and also beginners who attended the prior class.
There will be drums there but you can buy your own on Amazon, see link below.
Remo brand: I recommend at least a 14 inch or 16inch drum.
