The San Fernando Valley is about to level up. Join Frag Out Fitness and PRVL Bootcamp for the BIGGEST HYROX Physical Fitness Test collaboration yet!
On Saturday, October 4, 2025, we’re bringing the global HYROX PFT standard to Encino. Test your fitness across 6 world-class stations. Whether you’re training for HYROX Anaheim, chasing a new PR, or simply looking to experience the electric HYROX community, this event is for you.
Important Note:
All participants must check in and be ready by 8:00 AM sharp for event in brief. Waves begin at 8:15 AM and will launch every 15 minutes.
Workout Details
This unique HYROX PFT is a set series of 6 workouts completed in order.
- 1000M Run
- 1000M SkiErg
- 100M Farmers Carry (16kg women / 24kg men)
- 50M Sled Push (102kg women / 152kg men)
- 100M Sandbag Lunges (10kg women / 20kg men)
- 100 Wall Balls (4kg women / 6kg men)
Think of it as the gateway into HYROX racing , a chance to test your engine, grit, and functional fitness.
