Come join us on Friday September 13th, 11:30 am at Culhane's Irish Pub to hear Thomas Ingram disccus exculsionary zoning and affordable housing. Thomas will focus on the recent amendments to the Florida Live Local Act, examples of the use of the Live Local Act in Florida, and recent efforts to develop affordable housing and multifamily housing in areas using the regular comprehensive planning process in northeast Florida. It will also touch upon efforts made by area local governments and by other state governments to encourage the development of housing
