Student Expectations-
-All students attending must be registered via this form by Wednesday, December 11.
-The Sneaker Ball is only for FPMS Middle Schoolers. No siblings or guests.
-No outside food or drinks are allowed.
-Drop off and pick up will occur at the gym doors on Ferdinand. --Doors will open at 6 PM. No one will be allowed in after 6:45 PM. -Once a student leaves, they are not allowed re-entry. Please be on-time to pick up your student by 8 PM.
-Adhere to the student dress code in the D91 Caregiver
Handbook: Student dress (including accessories) may not advertise, promote, or picture alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, violent behavior, racial slurs, lewd, vulgar, obscene, or offensive language or symbols, including gang symbols or other inappropriate images. Clothing with large holes, rips, tears, and clothing that is otherwise poorly fitting, exposing or showing skin (crop tops/half shirts), and/or undergarments as their attire may not be worn at school. The length of shorts or skirts must be appropriate for the school environment (mid-thigh).
