The Dance for MARCH is the FOXTROT and will be taught by MADISON ROGERS!! The Foxtrot is a smooth, progressive dance characterized by long, continuous flowing movements across the dance floor. It is danced to big band (usually vocal) music. The dance is similar in its look to waltz, although the rhythm is in a 4/4-time signature instead of 3/4. Developed in the 1910s, the foxtrot reached its height of popularity in the 1930s and remains practiced today.
Madison will finish the series for this month - please join us this Friday at 7:00 pm! Price for the class is $15.00 per person.
After the class, stay for our Friday Evening Open Ballroom Dance Practice Party from 8:00 - 9:30 pm! Light snacks will be provided and Ballroom Dance music will be playing throughout the evening! Price for the party is $15.00 per person.
Price for both the Class and the Party is $20.00 per person!!
