This Level One Foxtrot course is perfect for beginners and those looking to solidify their foundational skills. You’ll learn key elements like posture, timing, frame, and classic patterns—all while gliding to the smooth rhythms that define this timeless dance.

$20 per person for drop-ins (available only for the first two classes)

Foxtrot is a smooth, progressive ballroom dance known for its elegance and grace. Danced to big band and jazz-style music, it’s characterized by flowing movements, clean lines, and a rhythmic step pattern.
Learning Foxtrot builds strong partner communication and introduces foundational concepts that support all ballroom dancing.
