The early weeks after birth can be beautiful— and overwhelming. There is so much learning and SO much happening at once! We want to provide you wih some practical wisdom that will support you in this tender transition. We’re teaming up to bring you an evening of support, planning and practical wisdom for the fourth trimester.
Join a lactation consultant, pelvic floor physio therapist, doula, and perinatal counselling therapist for a supportive workshop on caring for YOU in the fourth trimester.
