Save the date, and bring a poem to share, and join us for our annual Poets About Town open mic reading and showcase! All participants must follow local Covid guidelines (currently in Los Angeles County masks are required for all, regardless of vaccination status). We'll update here if anything changes!
Here are the details:
- Bring 2 poems or 2 pages (whichever comes first) to read.
-Open mic sign up starts at 1:50pm. Arrive early to ensure your spot.
-Have you published a collection of poems recently? Let’s celebrate your hard work! We invite you to bring copies of your title to sell or trade (1 title per poet, please -- we have limited space to showcase titles, and we want to make sure we have room for everyone).
This reading will take place in person in the Louise Roberts Room at the Claremont United Church of Christ, 233 W. Harrison Ave. in Claremont, CA.
