Fourth Fridays with Contact Care Line- Self-Care

Self Care: A Roundtable Discussion will be facilitated by Scott Payne, Manager of Outreach and Support Services for Contact Care Line, the agency that provides the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline service in our region.

This interactive session is designed to explore the realities of self-care for those who support others—whether personally or professionally. Participants will engage in open conversation around the emotional demands of caregiving, community work, and high-stress roles, while identifying practical strategies to manage self-care, set boundaries, and nurture their own well-being.

The goal of this seminar is to create a safe space for connection, reflection, and shared solutions that help individuals showup for themselves with the same compassion they offer others.
