Four Weeks to Forearm Stand

Within this four week course you will develop the understanding and strength to break down this amazing posture. Forearm stand, known as Pincha, is an inversion where you balance solely on your forearms.
This posture will build focus, strength, flexibility and stamina. Over the four weeks Jess will guide you through a full body flow to warm the body, show you targeted drills to stretch and strengthen the body and offer many many modifications so you can progress confidently and safely.

About Jess:
Jess began practicing yoga in California, embedding it into her daily life upon realising the many physical and mental benefits. Initially Jess found that flow sequences, especially to music, was a valuable and expressive tool that could alter mood and energy levels, while also strengthening and releasing tension from the body. Coming from a musicians background this made sense to her world when first delving into asana practice. But soon Jess fell in love with Ashtanga Yoga, she loves the quiet and meditative nature of the practice. Jess continues to practice the Ashtanga method daily in the UK and has recently studied in Mysore, India at the Sharath Yoga Center. Now a 200hr + registered yoga teacher based in Leeds, Jess' classes are influenced by Vinyasa and Ashtanga practices while also embedding yin and restorative styles. Jess has completed a vast range of yoga trainings to understand the depth and vastness that yoga holds, but most crucial to her teachings, Jess is a dedicated practitioner herself.
