Easter Sunday at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is anything but ordinary. The experience unfolds across Brasserie Margot, Bar Margot, the bridge overlooking the hotel’s atrium, and Savannah Hall, where guests circulate between live culinary stations, abundant displays, and festive holiday moments. The Easter Bunny will also be making appearances throughout brunch, offering families the chance to capture a photo and add a playful touch to the afternoon. Under the direction of Executive Chef Axel Torres, CEC, and Chef de Cuisine Christophe Truchet, the kitchen presents a vibrant seasonal spread rooted in classical technique with global nuance and Southern warmth. Guests can expect everything from herb-crusted lamb and smoked prime rib at the Hearth Carvery station to Georgia-driven favorites, abundant seafood and sushi, breakfast classics, and an elegant finale of seasonal pastries and desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow. Easter Brunch is priced at $168++ per adult and $84++ for children ages 5 through 11, with seatings beginning at 11 a.m. The celebration extends throughout the weekend with Brasserie Margot’s Easter Afternoon Tea on Saturday, April 4 beginning at 11:30 a.m. Priced at $65++ per person, the curated tea service features savory bites, handcrafted pastries, and premium JING Tea selections.
