We will be running a fun and insightful trade masterclass with Nick Tesar, Four Pillars' Creative Director of Gin Drinks, where he will be sharing all the insights into Four Pillars gin, as well as showcasing some delicious Summer Drinks.
For those that don't know Nick, apart from being a lovely person, he was the 2022 Australian World Class winner, and has worked at some of Melbourne's best venues - Bar Liberty, Lume, and Gin Palace.
In addition, he has co-authored a killer cocktail book, judged countless spirit shows, and is also the co-owner of the outstanding Marionette Liqueur business, where he and a couple of Melbourne-based friends work with local farms to produce stunning cocktail liqueurs.
