Four in-person Strengthening DEIB workshops

These in-person workshops are part of the Strengthening DEIB series and build on DEIB certificate workshops

Participants may register for individual sessions ($250 each) or for the full four-session series ($800) with one checkout.

All sessions run from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and take place at Westinghouse HQ, 286 Sanford Ave N, Hamilton.

Participants who attend all four sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion from Empower Strategy Group.

A Certificate of Completion from Empower Strategy Group will be issued to participants who attend all four sessions in the series.

What to Expect

Participants can expect facilitated discussion, guided reflection, and practical tools they can apply in their leadership and workplace contexts.

Each session is designed to support learning, dialogue, and accountability around race, power, and inclusive leadership practices.

Includes access to all four Strengthening DEIB workshops.
Participants who attend all four sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion from Empower Strategy Group.

The Full Series Pass includes all four workshops.

A separate virtual Lunch & Learn series will also be offered as part of the Strengthening DEIB program.
