One Country. Two Culinary Cultures.Sicily and Italy both boast an unrivalled love for food, with a rich culture centred around family and heritage. Olio and Chef Lino welcome Alessandro Intini, Owner and Executive Chef of Noi, to cook alongside our very own Head Chef Federico Guibilei (Olio) to showcase their Modern take on the cuisines of their respective restaurants, evoking nostalgic flavours with influences from their eclectic culinary experiences abroad in every dish. The evening will be hosted by Olio's very own Lino Sauro. Join us at Olio for a degustation curated by Alessandro and Federico, a contrast of one country with two rich culinary histories that intertwine.
