Our Cacao Ceremony uses the Four Directions as sacred touch points in this heart-opening journey. Paul will begin with a water blessing (water), then we will share cacao and sing traditional cacao medicine songs. Paul will activate the medicine, get hearts pumping and bodies moving while he plays his live looper set (beat machine, didgeridoo, drums, Jaw harp, native American flutes, shakers and strings). We follow that with 15 minutes of deep breath work (fire) and a sound journey (earth) that will take you deeper. We close with a share, hearts more open, new friendships forged, and a closer connection to our body, mind and spirit! Cost: $40 beforehand

Instructions:
1. Come on an empty stomach (eat lightly that day, no later than 2 pm)
2. Stay off caffeine/stimulants as much as possible that day
3. Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own personal yoga mat/blanket
4. Dress comfortably
5. Bring an open heart and mind
