Four Directions Cacao CeremonyDecember 5 from 5pm-8pm
This cacao ceremony will be a little different, as we will spend more time dancing and being in movement!
Our Cacao Ceremony uses the Four Directions as sacred touch points in this heart-opening journey. Paul will begin with a water blessing (water), then we will share cacao and sing traditional cacao medicine songs. We will do 1 hour of movement and dance to activate the medicine, get hearts pumping and bodies moving while Paul plays his live looper set (beat machine, didgeridoo, drums, Jaw harp, native American flutes, shakers and strings). We follow that with 15 minutes of deep breath work (fire) and a sound journey (earth) that will take you deeper. We close with a share, hearts more open, new friendships forged, and a closer connection to our body, mind and spirit! We highly recommend pre-registration.

$45 at the door (if space permits)
If you want to go deeper, both rapè and sananga will be available. (Waiver must be signed)
Instructions:
1. Come on an empty stomach (eat lightly that day, no later than 2 pm)
2. Stay off caffeine/stimulants as much as possible that day
3. Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring
your own personal yoga mat/blanket
4. Dress comfortable
5. Bring an open heart and mind

Paul is certified in music sound healing with a 200-hour training in Spain. He has studied and learned from different medicine man from all over world. He continues to be a student surrendering to the knowledge of the plants and wisdom of the elders/ indigenous tribes he follows.
