Work with our Spirit Guide to create blends tailored to your taste...We invite you to discover your very own Four Cask expression by working with our Chief Spirit Guide to develop Four Cask blends customized to your tastes. Enjoy learning about barrel blending, how to perceive aromas and flavors in whiskey, and crafting your own blends while enjoying complimentary samples of your creations. With barrel expressions of Carribean Rum, Spanish Sherry, French Cognac and Michigan Maple Syrup, we created Four Cask whiskey - a first in the world of secondary barrel finishing. We so much enjoyed the process of creating this award winning blend that we wanted to share the experience with you!
