We’re trying something a little different for this event
Before the show begins, producers will have the opportunity to submit a track and hear it played on SPIN’s world-class sound system alongside everyone else in the room. Julian Gray and Adam Stark will listen live, sharing their thoughts and feedback on each record as they go.
At the end of the session, they’ll choose one standout track, not based on followers, connections, or hype, but simply because it’s the best record in the room.
That producer won’t just receive feedback. They’ll earn the closing DJ set of the night, performing alongside Julian Gray and Adam Stark.
Most producer contests offer an opening slot or a consolation prize. We wanted to build something different, a night where the music speaks first and the best record earns one of the most coveted sets on the lineup.
That’s what FOUNDRY is all about.
