Updated to add menu selections: Come celebrate and honor the twelve founders of Pi Beta Phi. Share your fond memories of your college days! There will be three lunch choices sent out with the evite at the beginning of April.
1. Cobb Salad: mixed greens with hard-boiled eggs, bacon, cherry tomatoes, avocado
and ranch dressing
2. Tomato-Mozzarella Panini: sliced tomatoes,
mozzarella cheese, basil pesto, on toasted
focaccia with a side of fries, house salad or
fresh fruit.
3. Ham & Swiss Panini: black forest ham,
Swiss cheese
on toasted
wheat with
side of fries,
house salad or
fresh fruit.
