Waukegan Alumnae Chapter cordially invites you to a combined Founders Day/Charter Day Celebration. We have reached the milestone anniversary of 45 fantastic years in Waukegan supporting the Lake County, IL community . The rededication ceremony @ 9am is open to any member of Delta Sigma Theta (with a ticket purchase). The charter celebration program begins @ 10am and is open to the public (with a ticket purchase).
