THE DAY

9 AM — BUILD: Idea to working product, live, with AI coaches beside you

1 PM — LAUNCH: Landing page, payments on, pitch polished

5 PM — SHOWCASE: Doors open — Nashville walks the floor, sees your demo, and buys

LATE — SELL: Ride the momentum until the bell rings — or midnight, whichever comes first

WHEN YOUR FIRST CUSTOMER PAYS — THE BELL RINGS. Live leaderboard: every founder tracked from idea to first dollar. The whole day is streamed live on YouTube with hourly check-ins, a public leaderboard, and every first-customer bell — viewers can become your first customer.

General Admission — the full day, 9 AM to midnight: AI coaches on the floor, meals all day, and your shot at ringing the bell. Prices rise as the room fills: $100, then $150, then $199. 50 seats only.

Founder Track ($500) — everything in General Admission, plus a private 1:1 with the coach of your choice, a guaranteed on-stream demo moment, and a 30-day follow-up call. 10 seats.
