FoundCare's Back-to-School Health Fair

FoundCare is pleased to announce that registration for our highly anticipated Back-to-School Health Fair is now open. The event scheduled for Saturday, July 27, 2024, aims to provide free health services to school-aged children ensuring they are fully prepared for the new academic year without the added stress and financial burden on their families.

The Back-to-School Health Fair organized by FoundCare in collaboration with community partners will offer free health services including school physicals, vaccinations, hearing and vision screenings, and backpacks with school supplies. Due to high demand, the event will be by registration only with limited walk-ins. Parents and guardians are encouraged to register their children early so they may take advantage of the free health services offered.
