This in person Soul Discoveries gathering explores why we have a soul and what purpose it serves in the human experience. Together, we will discuss the difference between the soul and the personality and how soul awareness influences growth, healing, and meaning in everyday life.

This is an educational and discussion based gathering designed to encourage insight and reflection without pressure. Sharing is always optional, and you are welcome to participate in the way that feels most comfortable for you.

The gathering also includes a short guided meditation to help you settle inward, connect with your inner awareness, and integrate the discussion in a grounded and embodied way. The meditation is gentle and optional. You remain aware and present throughout the experience.
