This 20-hour, small-group somatic practitioner training is designed for clinicians, coaches, yoga teachers, educators, and wellness professionals who want to bring the body into their work in a way that is ethical, trauma-informed, and sustainable. Grounded in neuroscience, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, and embodied practice, this training supports:

• Nervous system literacy
• Embodied self-awareness
• Scope-appropriate somatic tools
• Boundaries, consent, and ethical integrationThis is an educational professional development training (not a certification or therapy training) with an emphasis on depth, presence, and real-world application.
