In this class you will learn and practice foundational Craniosacral anatomy, principles and techniques. You will work with the main diaphragms and key cranial bones in order to release tension on the spine and in the head, and to open up the pathways for fluid and energy to move freely. You will also learn techniques drawn from the ancient mysteries to assist you with developing and maintaining clear energetic boundaries. Through hands-on practice and guided meditation, you will begin to let go of the restrictions within your own body and being that inhibit your experience of the subtle, so that you can connect on a deeper level with the ones you touch. By the end of class, you will be able to give a basic Craniosacral session, and will leave with tools for maintaining integrity within your own energetic system. 32 CE credits, including 4 ethics CE’s (energetic ethics). $700.
