Foundations & Futures

Foundations & Futures is a celebration of what becomes possible when children don’t have to grow up alone.

This evening honors the people who helped launch the first Friends of the Children chapter in Idaho and made it possible for youth to have something foundational: a consistent, caring, professional mentor walking alongside them. Because of that relationship, children are building confidence, stability, and hope—and facing a brighter future because someone shows up for them, week after week, year after year.

We celebrate the seed funders, donors, volunteers, and partners who carried this work through its first two years, as well as the support that is now allowing us to expand into a second location and double our impact.

This is a moment to say thank you, to celebrate the foundation built through relationships, and to look ahead to the futures being shaped because of it.
