Philosophy is defined as the love of wisdom.

Who, if asked, "would you rather know how to act wisely or not know that" would not want that.

10-weeks of evening explorations building an understanding of a diverse range of techniques developed over decades, centuries and some even milennia, by philosophers all over the world that have proven to be beneficial for wellbeing.

No previous study required, just an enquiring mind.
